If the products you have purchased through our website are unsuitable or arrive damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to returns@pinkgem.co.uk. providing your original order number and the item you wish to return. Please include your name, address and contact telephone number then return you items as instructed.

Please arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will refund/exchange the item returned once we receive it complete with packaging and labels intact.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item to be returned were received damaged or faulty, we will then refund/exchange the item and refund the standard postal charge.

As a customer, under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the items. We do not accept the return of pierced products or gift sets including pierced products due to current Health and Hygiene regulations. To cancel this contract please email returns@pinkgem.co.uk.

We reserve the right to refuse return of items that are not in their original condition with labels detached.

This does not affect your statutory rights. .
